Based in Durham, North Carolina, Melville Ceramics is a small-batch, female-owned business that creates thoughtful, one-of-a-kind ceramic pieces inspired by nature. Each artwork is handmade by artist and founder Kelsey Melville using natural clays. Melville leaves most of her forms unglazed, showcasing the beautiful range of colors that the earth offers, from iron-rich reds to deep black. Melville highlights the unrefined tones of the clay with simple linework that she paints by hand. 

All full-priced merchandise (excluding Fine Jewelry) may be returned to us within 14 days, unworn and undamaged, in its original packing for full refund in the original form of payment.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags attached.

To help us process your return quickly and insure you receive proper credit, please include a copy of your packing list or gift receipt in your package, along with a phone number and preferred time to contact you should we have the need.

Please send your returns by UPS or insured Parcel Post or a traceable international carrier. Lost shipments are the responsibility of the sender. 

Please note that items discounted beyond 50% may have slight signs of wear, discoloration, pulled threads, or small tears. If you would like images of the exact piece prior to purchase our team is happy to accommodate such requests in a timely manner. 

Shipping and gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable.
