ABOUT THE DESIGNER

The Margoni story begins in 1989 when the design duo, Mary Margoni and Yannis Mandlakis started working together out of their studio in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Their one of a kind pieces of art are made in their workshop from start to finish with Mary focusing on design and Yannis on gem cutting and lapidary techniques. Unlike most jewelry designers, Margoni cut their own gemstones which give them a unique faceting.

Today, the two artists continue to create unique, handmade jewelry in precious or semi-precious stones sometimes faceted while other times left in their natural form.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

All full-priced merchandise (excluding Fine Jewelry) may be returned to us within 14 days, unworn and undamaged, in its original packing for full refund in the original form of payment.

SOTE does not offer price adjustments and all items purchased on promotion are Final Sale. Store credits expire 1 year from the issuing date.

Any item purchased as an exchange or with a store credit will be final sale.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags attached.

We are a small business and appreciate your respect and understanding for the above policy.

To help us process your return quickly and insure you receive proper credit, please include a copy of your packing list or gift receipt in your package, along with a phone number and preferred time to contact you should we have the need.

Please send your returns by UPS or insured Parcel Post or a traceable international carrier. Lost shipments are the responsibility of the sender. 

Please note that items discounted beyond 50% may have slight signs of wear, discoloration, pulled threads, or small tears. If you would like images of the exact piece prior to purchase our team is happy to accommodate such requests in a timely manner. 

Shipping and gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable.
